Every tow bar design undergoes grueling engineering testing, including Finite Element Analysis (a form of simulated testing) and extensive on-vehicle dynamic testing to ensure each design is of the highest quality and can perform in the toughest situations. Before being approved and released for sale, each tow bar is required to meet the stringent requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO4801, and the international OEM Standard ISO/TS16949.

Milford carefully designs, calculates, and thoroughly tests every component in each kit to minimise strain on the vehicle’s circuitry system and to provide reliable functionality of all critical vehicle functions, including engine management, braking & turning signals. With features such as Milspec / OE style plugs, pre-programmed ECU’s and the latest in C2 failure mode and CANbus technology, in many instances, the Milford Wiring Harness Kit far exceeds OEM offerings, making it a valuable addition to each towing package.
